When the body is under oxidative stress for a long period of time this can increase the risk of cancer, heart diseases, Parkinson’s disease, respiratory disease, low immunity, and other inflammations.
There are lots of antioxidants out there; some of them are, vitamin E, vitamin C, vitamin A, lycopene, beta-carotene, magnesium, selenium, polyphenols, flavonoids, and catechins.
